Q: Will Charlie Small answer my question?
We cannot guarantee that Charlie Small will answer you question, but he will do his best to answer as many questions as he can within the hour. Charlie Small will read all the questions that are submitted and choose which to answer in the time he has available. If Charlie Small is unable to answer your question it may be because a similar question has already been asked by someone else in the chat. Do post more than one question to increase the chance of him replying to you.

Q: How do I post a question?
First you must register or be logged in. On the homepage, at the bottom of the page, you can see a form that says 'Type your question here and click 'Ask' when you're ready...'. Type your question in there and click 'Ask' below it. You then have an opportunity to review you question again before you submit it. This is so you can carefully consider your message a final time.

Q: I have forgotten my password - what do I do?
Use our password reminder. Enter the email address you used to register and we will sent you your password.

Q: I have been banned - what do I do?
If you think you have been incorrectly banned please contact use at webmaster@rchatrandom.co.uk and we will review your status. We only ban those users who have breached our Terms & Conditions or have been deliberating offensive to our Guests.
